Purple Codens is an AI development orchestration tool where a deterministic workflow engine controls the process — from ticket (task) intake through implementation, testing, and pull request creation — and lets AI coding agents execute it unattended. Will the AI go off the rails?

No — the deterministic workflow engine controls every step, so the AI can't run unchecked. The implementation verification step (verify_implementation) automatically retries up to 2 times on failure, and escalates to a human if it still can't resolve the issue. PR merges wait for human review by default, with auto-merge available as an opt-in.

Can I follow how the implementation was done?

The live session view shows every step in real time — branch creation, AI implementation, tests, PR creation — along with the execution log. A complete audit trail is kept after completion, so you can trace exactly what happened.
